" @ Stang the best way to do this manually would be to make ken second player and record your self doing lp fireball fadc then do two ground ex hurricane kicks, then ultra. The timing will be different if it's not hitting the opponent but if you mash it should make up for it. Then you'll need 1p to be someone with a great horizontal jump to outrace ken. Besides the hard part is this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPn8pDfjo0k because you need to get the super out in a 1-3 frame window (depending on character)The way I did it to catch up in that video isn't the easiest.
