What's goin on errbody. It's been a while since I've done anything with my stick and I've been pretty bored with it so I figured I would finally update the artwork on my TE MadCatz. Here's the artwork I'm going probably use. I'm definitely going to be ordering a bubble balltop in purple but I'm still undecided on what colors I should go with for pushbuttons:

I'm feelin the different paint splash. I usually don't use Sim's default color so I wanted it to standout a little. Clear purple all the way across?

ok definite in the clear purple but for all 8???  I was thinking the primary 6 for sure but still up in the air for the last two.

I like the purple. I kinda clashes, but in a good way.

 I dunno I have everything in my cart but I'm not ready to pull the trigger.  OK so definitely going with the clear purple but what about buttons #4 and #8? I would like to have them be slightly different than the standard 6. I was thinking clear white or something.

haha thanks for your modest and honest input. I'll have to pull the trigger and order but I'll be sure to post pics back in this thread for you to see. Then you can do a nice comparison of mine to that mono-tone shoe box with buttons on it that you call an arcade stick :-)

 Artwork is now printed and my buttons came in from LL. I'll be putting everything together this afternoon and post the pics.  
 
EDIT:   Finally finished up this weekend. I think the purple actually came out deeper than the image made it seem which is better IMO. I went back and forth between how to handle the 2 buttons on the right, I ended up going with just clear white ones. It's a bit of an adjustment to the Seimitsu buttons from the Sanwa's I'm use to but anything is better than stock Hori buttons. I have  more pics posted under my profile if you wanna see the progression from the original stick to this. Last thing: I'm going to replace the dustwasher to be either clear plastic or white which will be very very small (about half the diameter of the stock dustwasher).
