    I just got my Tournament Edition Flightstick and I just had a quick question.

    Is the ball on the top of the control stick supposed to freely spin. I tried tightening it but it seems to have no screw thread.

    yes, all the parts (joystick and buttons) are the parts used for the actual Street Fighter 4 arcade cabinets.

    The ball itself shouldn't spin. The entire shaft spins.

    No pun entended, the ball and shaft are both suppose to spin to reduce friction from intense play sessions. Blister-free!
