Old-Wizard.com seems to think they know who the Top 10 Street Fighter Characters of all time are.
I'm not saying that they have the definitive answer on the matter, but it's still a good write-up.

My personal favorites are probably going to be Chun-Li for SFIII and Cammy for SFII... and I'd also want to say that I had a miniscule hand in getting Cammy into the Console Version of SFIV, with my Capcom Unity Vote! :) Go Cammy!
