Bringing Mario Back
Considering that mainstream Mario games are always a big deal when they come out, I had to go and get this one. The truth: it's a good game, but it might disappoint. Considering eight special worlds after Bowser's defeat, the game has excellent replay value. The controls are simple enough for a preschooler, the story, though almost nonexistent is easy to grasp, and anyone who has never played a Mario game before (hopefully there aren't too many of you) should be able jump right in to this game. All this may sound good and positive, but there is one problem I can't get over: the game is child'splay, and can easily be completed 100% in less than five hours, including special world's. My verdict: If you are a hardcore Mario player, you can probably overlook this title. If you're learning the ropes, PLAY THIS GAME. I can''t score it too low, considering it's a good game, with good music, graphics and a good control scheme, so I'll have to surmise it at 3 stars
