Yeah. Pretty much. I think it might have said some trivial things that have since been shown to be incorrect, such as Cody being able to alpha counter but for all we know that was an idea that was scrapped during development. So yeah. Basically the entire game was confirmed to us before it was even announced.
Oh, and Hakan looks kind of... lame. But I will wait and see how he plays before making any more judgments.

I do not like the way Hakan looks. I would have liked another dark character similar to Juri, but I guess this is tolerable. Thanks Capcom for such a bad ass expansion to the roster.

Dude, yes! A Looney Toons fighting game would be awesome! Hakan, on the other hand, is probably the most bizarre character on the Street Fighter IV roster.
I'll give you the same offer I'm giving george. On the day of release we play a 2/3 set your hakan vs my any of the new characters of your choice. If you lose you can't ever play hakan in a tournament or any kind of serious match. If i lose then I'll do the same with Honda. We aren't allowed to practice beforehand.
He looks awesome, I love the trailer with it's sped up Turkish music. I don't think Turkish players are going to like how Yağlı güreş is being depicted at all, but I guess it's typical of Capcom to do a lack of research and realise it's importance to Turkish national pride.

A "sheik" is a Arabic term for elder.
Iran while not being an "Arab state", is a country which culture is composed almost entirely by Arabian culture. It's on the silk route^^
I didn't know who the fuck this "Iron Sheik" is, all I know is that a Turkish Karakucak wrestler looking like an Arabic sheik when they have no cultural relation, is even dumber.
He looks fine, just how a modern Yaglı Gures's would look if the sport wasn't as traditionally based as it is.

Everyone doesn't include me, as soon as I heard his name, I knew he was Turkish. For months now I've been telling anyone who will bother to listen that he's got fuck all to do with Arabia, and that's he's Turkish and a Wrestler.

Hakan is retarded. The way he plays probably suggests he's going to be a cross between Zangief and Blanka, which means he's going to be beyond fucking frustrating to beat. As somebody else said, they're probably throwing this guy a bone and making him top tier. This character is retarded. He's not funny, he's funny looking... and stupid!
