I mean seriously there are about 93 old temples, and an African plane, what the fuck is that about? What you want is a shower so Vega can ambush Sagat while he's taking a shower, that would be far more interesting than fighting on a boat. Anywhere you would like to see in the game? Outside of a pub maybe?

Super Street Fighter IV is a standalone update to its predecessor, adding new characters, modes, and online features.
What this game needs is more arena stages.
I want the arena where you can uppercut your opponent and he falls down on the spikes... oh wait...that was a different fighting game...
How about an arena where its raining like the one in the Street Fighter Legacy video? Then the characters can also get wet and the ground has lots of water splashing around and the clothes can get dirty because of mud and gravel. :) I think SFIII had a stage that had rain in it, not sure though.
But I'm already content with the current arena line up in Super. :)
The forest where Akuma and Ryu fight in generations...there would be purple spirits and shit.
Swish.
They definitely went with a light-hearted approach with the stages. Instead of epic views and atmospheric locations you get strangely proportioned onlookers jumping about like idiots. Still, the hippos are good.

Yeah the ones we have are great, but It would be nice if there was at least a stage for each character. Some characters already have their 'own' stage, adding stages for the rest, and a few unique stages would be sweet. SFIV stands out from II and III as not have a stage per character....
I know realistically the most we'll get is a map pack with 3 remixed stages and 3 new stages for like 560 or 800 Microsoft bucks. *sigh*
Well, for one part I like the fact that they're fairly "generic" because you're fighting all over the world which is supposed to mimic real life Earth; but it'd also be refreshing to see some crazier stuff. Maybe more stuff like the Laboratory stage.
Also, isn't it weird how the characters don't have their national flags associated with them anymore?

"I think they mentioned in the dev blog that there wasn't enough space on the character select screen for the flags. I could be mistaken though.
" @ryanwho: So you would be happy if it was just that blank white training stage? Don't be a cock. "Well, nothing really wrong with the training stage (other than the music).
" I'm actually quite content with the stages present in the game. Solar Eclipse is amazing! "I agree, it's by far my favorite level in the game. The music and the change that happens during the battle makes it great.
