The first Ultima game to be published by Origin Systems Inc.
The third adventure in the Wizardry series sees the City of Llylgamyn rocked by a series of natural disasters. Only the descendants of the party of heroes that had saved the land before can confront the dragon, L'Kbreth, to petition it for the wisdom needed to avert them.
Wizardry II continues the story arc that had started with the first game. After Werdna's defeat, a new threat arises to disrupt the peace of the kingdom. A party of adventurers must explore a dungeon filled with danger to recover the armor of the Knight of Diamonds.
Created by computer gaming pioneer Richard Garriott, a.k.a. Lord British, Ultima was one of the first computer role playing games and it set many standards for the genre.
Codemasters' fantasy MMO was announced in 2002 but never saw retail release. It was canceled in September 2004.
The title was planned as a stand-alone release. A modified version of the game, called Navi's Trackers, was included in Four Swords Adventures.
