    This is a fan made saxton hale update

    It features new weapons, new modes, even has a comic book called "saxton hale vs cyborg zombie nazis from the future".  
     
    If we shout loud enough maybe valve will put it all in the game.

    well i dont think saxton hale is holding the brother back, i think he beat the guy to death and is just resting his foot on the black man's beaten body. 
    saxton hale is not racist, he will kill any one, he doesn't care about your  skin colour.
