A magnet is something, usually in a bar or horseshoe shape, that is attracted to and can, if strong enough, pull in metallic things via the force of magnetism. Video games may be a bit more liberal in what a magnet can attract and how powerful it is.
A map is a drawing on a piece of paper, or other surface, that indicates the locations of various landmarks.
Usually put on face to either hide the users face or as a stylish item.

Meat is the edible flesh of animals. It is often seen restoring the health of adventurers and annoying vegans.

A monocle is a single piece of glass to be worn in front of an eye. It is usually used for vision correction, it may come with a chain attached to it.
Mushroom is the familiar term used to describe a gilled fungus which may or may not bear a stem. Mushrooms are the "fruit" of spore bearing fungi.
A thin pointy piece of metal that is used to fasten materials.
A necklace is often a piece of jewelery that is worn around the neck.
The Necronomicon is a tome that contains ancient rites. It is said to be bound in human flesh and written in blood.
A sewing utensil which in the right hands can be used to cure certain anomalies through acupunture or vaccination. In the wrong hands it can inflict damage on a living being; this maybe done by piercing flesh, vital organs, nervous points or to spread poison thoughout a body.
Onions are common root vegetables, but not related in any way to potatoes.

Paper is a thin material made of plant fibres, used to write or print upon. In terms of Rock, Paper, Scissors; it defeats rock, but is defeated by scissors.
