The Sly Cooper Collection has, by far, the easiest trophies to get, and easiest to get all of. Is this just me? What are some games you guys have played with super easy platinum trophies (or achievements)?

i find it easy, i'm still on the first sly and i'm nearly about to have platinum. just have to be on the look out for bottles to get these trophies

Sly Collection trophies are super easy.  So are the God of War Collection trophies and Ratchet and Clank: Crack in Time.  Less easy but still pretty easy are Infamous and Borderlands.

...how easy compared to GOW Collection?

Basically any of the platinums that I have are easy as fuck:  

• Uncharted 2
• Assassin's Creed 2
• Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time
• Borderlands
• Burnout Paradise

Burnout Paradise and the first God of War. The first God of War I managed to get all of them on one play through. With Burnout, it only took a lot of time to get all of the trophies. 

Dead Space and Uncharted 2 are both pretty easy to platinum.

I found Borderlands very easy to get, I'm trying one last time for the Killzone 2 plat but it's looking bleak, I just don't have enough time to get the trophy that requires you to be in the top 1% of players in the world for that week.

since i was able to get platinums on AC:2 and Infamous i would say those are pretty easy. getting the collectibles are the only annoyances with those 2 games. but a really good guide helps.

Prince of Persia is really easy, too. 
 
Also, Killzone's Platinum is terrible, and what I did in order to get it...I'll never do that again.
