    Something just might have happened.

Uncharted plays like an action motion picture with you, the player, kind of involved. There are examples that prove to be quite entertaining this way. Unfortunately, the story of this game is not that great.

Good, but far from great to get you sucked into the mindnumbingly explosive action, that is constantly bombarded in front of your eyes. The suspension of disbelief during dialogues is stretched very thin. This is not to say that this is a bad game.

It's just that having so much formula being spoon fed is something not every one has the stomach for.

The controls are greatly improved from the previous game. Aming is good, you take your time pulling the trigger, the controls react accordingly, making the action quite enthralling. Moving and climbing about is a matter of trial and error without making you any wiser.

Picking up ammo can result in picking up a different weapon enterily, which in the heat of the moment, coulnd't be more poorly timed, if you happen to sidestep from the paved route that is laid down before you.

Making the ammount of different ways you have of completing the game remain very limited. Decievingly so, that after dozens attempts to go stealth on certain occasions, you are forced to resort to mindless shooting in order to advance (or simply put, to be done with it).

Being reminded once again by the constraints this heavily scripted game has hanging over your head, which is all but subtle.

Uncharted: Among Thieves therefore, is much like the first game. Only bigger, a little bit better and a lot louder. A lot.

I'm sorry, do you have a plan to go along with that grenade? 0

I loved Uncharted: Drake's Fortune- it was a fun, action packed ride filled with great characters and witty dialogue. I wasn't really expecting Nathan Drake's second outing to be much different, and in short, it isn't- but it also doesn't need to be. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves takes the sound blueprint laid by its predecessor, and tweaks a handful of small problems that needed tweaking. The result is an even better action game, and one that no fan of the genre should hesitate to play.Nathan Drak...
