Yeah, thats the main reason that it's left on DM, Onslaught is pretty dire unless you have 5-6 players on each team. You'd need to arrange a time for everyone to jump on at.

Just got the game running and no one is on the GB server. Sadness.

I have the same issue. Especially trying to double tap forward when I'm already moving forward. Gotta rid myself of that Quake 3 physics mindset.

Actually I never double tap forward, I always strafe tap while holding forward and moving my mouse to the opposite direction so that I jump forward instead of sideways. It works, but I really don't enjoy doing it and I don't think I want to learn how to do it without messing up the timing, to be honest. What I dislike the most, it is not one fluid motion, you jump, take a break, and jump again. I'm sure people who are used to it love it and want every game to feel that way.. I don't get it. (sorry)

Its a fairly pick up and play twitch based game, i would say anyone can get in and have a good time with it.

Hurray! Beyond happy that GB decided to show UT some love. Haven't played much since the competitive scene died. Anyone going to be on around 2PM eastern?

I'll be on around noon eastern for a bit and then back on at 3. Then take a break before TNT and will hop on around 645. UNSTOPPABLE!!!

I bought UT2k4 a few weeks ago and couldn't find any good servers.

I'll be on around 6pm EST. Hopefully we can get a some good games in before TNT starts.

On the server right now, might as well get a couple rounds in before TNT.

Why is there a large texture pack download? Seriously that shit is annoying.

If you buy it from Steam or GOG is the ECE Edition, it's just some extra maps and stuff. But it will be pretty clutch if you want to be on the same version as everyone else.
