Watching this, I have to wonder how does it work on the 360? There are 5 parts up there, but one can only have 4 controllers on the 360.  Is the vocalist going to have to leach on someone this game?

this wil lcuase the death of guitar hero games :_(  bo rap id going to be better on rb3 then in gh:wor cuz of the kleytar and harmonies, buti sitll dnt care(^_^) long live gh games

They made a USB-thingy that allows you to add up to 4 USB in one slot for Rock Band (1). I guess they'll make a bigger one this time around.

Oh no, that's not what I meant. I should have been more clear in my post. Can't the 360 only recognize 4 controllers at once? As in you can only have 4 profiles at once, and it won't see more than those 4 controllers. I could be wrong here. I've never tried it, nor had reason or means to.

@MistaSparkle:  Maybe on Pro Mode, but so does the Guitar, and to a lesser extent, the Drums. But that's the whole thing: Non Pro Keys has a traditional five lane highway as well, where you simply need to press any key within the indicated color range.

@Guerrilla_Mason: All Instruments Mode. Vocalists will not be tied to a controller in this mode. However, I do wonder how vocalists will choose difficulty, though.

Ah ok, now that I see the keyboard peripheral, looks like a short electronic keyboard. as a person who takes piano, i cannot stand electronic keyboards. probably won't be getting rb3
