the game is much better looking than in this vid, I've been leveling the whole week and dinged last night, some quest are really really awesome I'd say like 60% of them 40% are kill quests and gathering quests, the game is awesome again and dungeons actually take some thinking instead of going derp-a-derp boss dead. GJ BLIZZARD! now just fix those queues!

i will wait for all the packs and content in 1 box and then start playing . i have the game ,but i dont want the subscription . and i havent figured out how to get the free online stuff. so until i do i am not playing wow .

@tourgen:  There is no gameplay though, it's a flyby of a couple of the new areas and the old ones to show what they look like now. It's even completely in-game. If you have to bitch, bitch about the stupid Star Wars trailers.

The gulf between MMORPG gameplay and their trailers is so vast .. it's a little comical.  Eve Online is probably the worst offender but this trailer certainly boosts WoW up there too.

Cataclysm is probably awesome, i wouldn't know because 99% of the people online are doing the cata quest making it just about impossible to do quest, at least on my server.. so it looks like i will be leveling my 45 druid for about a week /shrug

Yeah, I used to be real into WoW, but as much as they revamp and add stuff to the game, you're still gonna be doing the same ol' quest, reputation, and trade skill grinds.  Hope TOR has a more fun questing system.

I concur.
 
To anyone thinking of starting WoW now, everything is a lot more accessible.
 
Money in game has become sort of a non-issue as things have become a lot cheaper. Leveling has become a lot easier and quicker making it more enjoyable for some. Best of all, dungeons can be queued randomly or specifically. No more needing to spam lfg in chats.

@MormonWarrior: Look up the MMOs TERA or Vindictus. More so TERA. They're action style MMOs. I found Vindictus kinda boring, but TERA looks amazing.

MMO = Massively Multiplayer Online Any kind of game can be an MMO. I might actually play one if it was like MormonWarrior describes. "

some of the new stuff artistically looks great (but i dont mean graphically, because its far outdated now). id love to check some of it out, but i havent played wow since mid 2007 and i dont intend to play it again.
