Everytime I see something about this game I almost start re-watching the endurande run!

Will Demi-Fiend and Mara have a secret appearance? That would be nice.

For those of you who are freaking out with the Chie and Teddie getting a different voice, chill out. Atlus said they were trying to get everyone back and the best they could was everyone but Chie and Teddie. Also this is the first time hearing Teddie new voice and it may not be final so lets wait and see.

No way dude, the anime is in a league all its own, separate from the game. If you cannot differentiate them then you have a crippling lack of imagination! Just look at this fuckin' King's Game! Skip to about 3 minutes 55 seconds in, since embedding doesn't like time tags apparently.

As far as references go, the Persona 4 anime reigns supreme and executes them perfectly. I would go so far as to say it is the best example of a games-to-other-media transition ever made.

Also, the ENTIRE ANIME IS AVAILABLE, SUBBED, ON HULU.

They really did a good job at it. It even includes a Galactic Punt(performed on Yosuke) and God Hand(performed on Reaper).

It also does a better job at fleshing out certain characters, ESPECIALLY Mitsuo. Holy shit, the Mitsuo episode. It'll blow your fuckin' mind. So good.

EDIT: Considering how prolific Laura Bailey is, and that she isn't even in this trailer, I'm either less worried or waaay more worried.

I may be in the minority, but I feel like this is a pretty cool fighting system.

@rudyarr: Actually, the story mode is done by Atlus so it'll be lengthy and all but Chie and Teddie voices actors have returned to reprise their roles, so the Rise in the video is indeed Laura Bailey.

Therr were only two voiced characters in the video, and Rise's voice actor is indeed Laura Bailey. Only Teddie and Chie have been recast.

New voice actors pretty rubbish, I hope they include the Japanese voices of them - after watching the anime I've grown used to them.

I actually like Rise's voice at that pitch better, but Teddie sounds awful.

Teddie sounds different and bad, but it won't really matter to most people at the end of the day.

Man, the one game where I actually give a shit about voice actors returning. Ugh. The one thing that prevented Teddie from annoying the crap out of me was the strength of his old VA.

I don't think I can play this. With all the changed or different voices it feels like a cosplay group dressed as some characters I liked are trying to convince me they're really video game characters.

Beating Kanji until his nose bleeds takes on an entirely different meaning in P4A.
