DICE's style has always been the "just show the game and it'll speak for itself" flavor of marketing as opposed to the expertly edited highlight reel treatment most games get these days.

@Captain_Felafel: Indeed, I feel like i've barely seen anything meaningful of Modern Warfare 3, and everything I have seen has been edited so poorly it makes it look almost worse graphically than MW2, and so obviously similar gameplay wise that I'll probably skip it altogether.

That said, pretty weak little trailer. All trailers I've seen till now were flawless and fucking sweet, like gamer porn, but this one is just a dark mission in an Afghani ghetto where I shoot more dudes in the face. I'd rather see some more epic footage similar to that tank gameplay or the multiplayer trailers.

While I don't know about that, I definitely feel like BF3's marketing is giving me a much clearer picture of what it will look like when I actually play the game.

Can the next Endurance Run pleeeeease be this game. I know it's not really "endurance" but I have a feeling my computer won't be able to run this and I'm not even going to do this game the dishonor of playing it on a console, but I would absolutely love to watch this game like a movie. If this game doesn't win any awards for its sound design, then there's a fucking problem. This has the best, most realistic sounds I've ever heard in a video game.

You guys should really watch this on a big 1080p TV. Gamersyde.com has the full 1080 60fps version, and fuck. Blew me to pieces. My mind is literally in several countries. Watched this during a slow segment on the BLLSL, and I am still reeling.

That static stinger thing at the end of all of their videos never fails to get me pumped for some reason. It's like audio speed.

multiplayer is gonna rock. Gonna strap a hell lot of tnt and mines to a jeep and try to launch it at enemy jets.

My speakers blew off , this game would be a hoot to play with a Home Theater.
