@brianp: The hand on her robo arm is exactly ripped off from the T-800 Endoskeleton. The shoulder looked pretty close, too, with some bullshit armor slapped on that rotates for some inexplicable reason.

This trailer looks like it was made in parallel with the other Duke Nukem Forever teaser.

Even with how completely terrible DNF turned out to be, I'd still be more interested, at least on paper, in another Duke Nukem game than in this. At least the former still has some level of nostalgia left to soften the blows of how mediocre the gameplay will inevitably be. :P

I don't think I have ever been this bored watching a trailer. This might be the most soulless and generic looking game I have seen in a while.

If she had a frickin' shirt on, I might be convinced to allow for the chance that this will be some irreverent commentary about gender roles in video games, but given that she's basically wearing Lara Croft's polygon brassiere from the original Tomb Raider, there is but one possible conclusion:

3D Realms wouldn't know irreverence if it tore off their heads and shit down their necks.

If someone told you that this was footage from a Twisted Metal or Killer Instinct game that ended up getting scrapped from like a decade ago would you know any better or think to dispute them?

I was reminded of exactly that when watching the trailer. I was wondering "is this supposed to be a parody of the Deus EX trailer?" because it seems to be lifting a lot from it.

I love the Stargate references on the whiskey bottle. Unfortunately, that was the only interesting thing in the video, which felt like a tech demo from years ago.
