Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Teaser

I love Call of Duty and I will be buying this on day one. Wonder why this game will sell so much? Just look at the amount of comments on this video.

The Call of Duty franchise has been incredibly successful commercially and critically with a very active and large player base that spans over several demographics. It is currently the biggest name in the video game industry.

You don't have to like it, but fucking deal with it. Stop judging people because they like a goddamn video game.

Infinity Ward with the MW2 teaser and now with this have provided video games what they so sorely lacked, an answer to movie's words flying at the screen trailers. 

This didn't make me excited at all, job well done.

Protecting Washington DC kind of seems like the top so going back to protect AM3RICA seems weird. Although I guess with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up, protecting New York from terrorists will probably be a popular thing or at least get media coverage.

The only inference to be made at this juncture is that MW3 will not be an Infinity Ward joint.

Screw the haters, I am pumped for this. This is the make or break year for Call of Duty.

I was trying to avoid this, but then that teaser did it's thing. If anything I want to see what happens to Soap and Price.

it's just MW2 teaser replaeced by a 3.....seriously, not looking forward to what Activition is going to do with this title...IW is gone, I am losing faith that Activition will come up with something good, instead i think they will just use existing things to make another game without any improvement.

God everything about that video was totally boiler plate. Way lazy.

Lets be honest, this franchise is going to keep selling. There will always be a new group of 13 year olds who beg their moms to buy them the newest Call of Duty game. Guitar Hero got old, CoD won't. Although I'm not really looking forward to MW3, the MW games have been the innovative games in the franchise, and if IW announce something new and game changing, I might be in for another installment.

Over-saturation killed Guitar Hero but this shit keeps coming out? Stupid drunk frat boys don't realize they keep buying the same game every year. Fuck this shit.

I mean I personally loved modern warfare (the first one)  and did alot of positive/revolutionary things for the FPS genre on consoles in general... But damn really?

I dont know what there gonna do for this game? I mean what else can they do in this same damn setting  atleast for the online portion i think MW2 did what the majority of what you could get out of for a sequel for this without making the same damn game (i did not like MW 2 that much alot of its balance and the whole killstreak creator almost ruined it for me)...

I mean i dont even know what guns they could add at this point or perks, ETC.

And im not really rooting for BF3 either i saw that game and to me its just BF with preety graphics meh

LOL, COD fanboys are hilarious. It's like listening to a religious fundamentalist try to defend themselves from being labeled batshit insane.  If it hurts your feelings that your taste in games is questioned because you've bought for and paid full price for the past 2 rehashes of this franchise, deal.  Your taste do suck and you're free to buy and enjoy the game.  Just don't be butt hurt that people who aren't sold on the bandwagon hype of 'oMGz best G4M3 EV4R! AM3RICA F'Yeah!' point out that it's recycled shit. Playable shit, but still a turd-fest.

Huh, didn't expect a trailer this early. I guess Activision feels pretty confident that the Respawn lawsuit won't take the Modern Warfare brand from them.

In the history of lame teaser videos that was probably the worst, seriously that showed nothing at all.

i'm really burned out by all the modern shooters. like, really! i bought crysis 2 and played it for 30 minutes and now it's gathering dust on the shelves. portal 2 was a lifesaver.

I think I'm done with Call of Duty type shooters...I'm bored to death with them.  I'm gonna go play Half Life 2 again and enjoy a great shooter I've played through a dozen times.

People need to stop being little whiney baby's when COD comes out. Yeah, it's getting a little bit tiering, but I don't see where the lack of quality is? People just love to hate on what is popular I guess.
