I feel like people shouldn't throw around phrases like "spiritual successor to Rez" so flippantly.  It's like an API that bypasses validation and connects directly to my bank account.  That shit's dangerous.

Just got to love things like this where someone is playing a game with a screen the size of an airplane hangar. Looks like one of the many E3 games better while being on drugs/drunk.

Sales pitch:

I totally want it. It would be so awesome if he appeared with a new Space Channel 5 game as well.

What you do is get someone on acid to watch you play a half hour of Rez, and then immediately switch to Silent Hill Homecoming.

Wii motion controls are "ok" but still gimicky...I'm just not into them that much.
 
This however looks really stupid.  I go to the fucking gym when I want to flail about like a fucking moron...when I want to play a game I want to relax.  Gym->active Gaming->relaxing.
 
sure it's "pretty" but you can keep this bullshit.  I'll be interested in motion controls when we have goddamn real virtual reality shit.  Till then, fuck you kinect et al.

This is everything I wanted. Why didn't they show this in the conference?This has now given me a reason to grab a kinect when they come out.

Stunning and Awesome!

Strange as that is, I am way more sold on the Microsoft's crazy camera thing now.  This seems like the kind of game that would only be fun.  That being said, it looked like there was some lag between trailer dude and the action.  Thats troubling if it is not deliberate and specific to Children of Eden.

I want a video trip like that except 2 hours long.

I love how mesmerizing this game is, just like Rez.

stunning ... awesome ... totally incomprehensible for someone like me who have never ever heard of that "Rez" everybody is comparing this to.

I will have to buy the Kinect when this comes out. And a new TV.

But seriously, this looks fantastic. I am a huge fan of Rez. I think I heard that the developers are basically trying to make "Hapiness: The Game", which sounds awesome if they succeed.
