As long as the blood doesn't "stain" (IE: remain after falling) and there's no "permanent visible damage," you can actually get away with a surprising amount. Basically it's like movies: you make violence look inconsequential, you get a lower rating.

Idea: Put Beast Boy in the game.
Better idea: Put the cartoon version of BB in there, like Toon Link.

In addition to Darkseid, I'd like to see Orion and maybe Big Barda or Granny Goodness.

The sounds when nightwing smacks someone with his staff is just perfect. That metallic clang just says so much.

I'm no aquaman fan, but I feel as though adding him to this game will allow people to actually see that he's awesome.

Also, waiting for Martian Manhunter.

And I know Green Lantern is inevitable.

Pretty sure that all the current members of the JL are gonna be in this (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Aquaman and Cyborg), Ed has said that DC had input in the character roster and DC is obviously pushing DCnU stuff which is awesome.

I guess as a fan I would want Red Hood or his new friends (Roy Harper and Starfire) but could also see interesting fighting game stuff from guys like Martian Manhunter, Captain Cold and maybe Darkseid who could have crazy Omega beam projectiles you control midair.
