Did a double-take of the front page image of this video. Looked to me like the guy was burning a splayed-out giraffe. Thought it was some sick burn on The Last of Us.

Is this an official trailer or a fan-made video? Most of the footage is from Dark Souls 1. Regardless, got the collector's edition on order.

I liked this trailer. Not everything about the Souls series has to be dark and dreary. The hidden theme in these games IMO is hope, and they leave it to us to find it.

Narrator sounds pretty damn bored, but otherwise this was indeed a surprisingly uplifting trailer. I'm sure I'll be trying my best to remember this monologue while my fist is puncturing my TV.
