Dark Souls Prologue Trailer: Part 1

Really can't wait for this game.

Looks like garbage. Very blah trailer. lol

I'm torn. Demon's Souls was brutal, but it made incremental character and story progress a lot of fun. I still haven't finished the fourth world. I tried to pick it up to play it before this came out and realized I was way out of practice. I may write it off and bite into this.

I'm waiting for the "So the world might be mended" line.

Oh man, Demon's Souls is one of my favorite games. Cannot wait for this.

Question is ... PS3 or Xbox 360 ... what to do :( ?

I know right. I ain't in to blind chicks, but the maiden in black was hot in that weird sort of innocent, goth-like sorta way. Not sure what her original accent was either, but it was hot too. This new...woman...sounds like Theresa's (Fable) bingo buddy.

Goth chicks aside, color me excited for this game.

I like the fact they kept the same voice actor. She sounds grown up too.  

I should probably try to finish Demon's Souls I barely killed the first boss (Phalanx something).

This looks so promising, but im kinda scared of the difficulty after hearing all the horror stories of the first game (never played it). Still a must buy.

I already declared a media blackout on this game until it's release.

i just beat Demon's souls for the 4th time the day before Dues EX came out.

I want this game, but I don't have a PS3 to play the first game. Have they said if Demon Souls is required playing before you jump into this as far as story is concerned?

What's this whole set-up about?  Just give me a spear and point me at the guy I need to stab!

The story was never one of it's strongest features. It would be cool if it had a good story by I could care less. Call me crazy, but I just want to die 1,000 times again.

Looks great. This is shaping up nicely, but personally i am going to wait for while before buying this because i am still working my way through demon souls and want to have a break before diving into Dark Souls.

Demons souls was not that hard.. Once you figured out the controls and how to play to the style of your liking it just became a game of skill more then a game of *is it on easy mode or hard mode*. It honestly never got hard till your second and beyond playthrough when shit started getting 40% + more life and dmg. thats when you needed skill and luck :D Also I have this shit pre-ordered and wish the trailers would stop so i can forget about it being so far away :(!!

Oh and too the noobs out there... I found something you can do. If you click on yor ps guide button right after you die. And quit game... You restart exactly before where you died. It's a little trick you can use if you died in a lousy way lol. I used it a few times, but I know it removes the whole point of the game.
