Oh Vinny, same thing happened to me at the end. Desparately looking for a lantern with 8000 souls and then one step in the wrong direction...

Ok, let's watch this from the beginning.

I want to see a full run of the game with V-Bomb on the sticks!

Also, 8k in souls means nothing. later in the game you can do that in about 5 seconds with the lightning weapon on the big fat guys in the Witch's Abode area. I do a quick run in about 1-3 minutes and pull around 20k and then buy healing items to go attack the current boss or rank up weapons or me.

Yep, now we demand a full playthrough.

As far as feedback, I can't say much about the technical end but I didn't watch this archive with any sort of bad experiences. I do like the cool blue studio, though.

And watching Vinny consistently hit visceral attacks just makes me realized that I've been playing the game wrong. I mean, I'm maxed on vials and ammo and breezing through at 15 hours, but apparently I could've made it a bit easier.

I'd love to see a few more of these for Bloodborne too. But any GBeast Live is great.

Dredd is an awesome movie, I always knew Vinny and Alex had great taste.

According to Jeff a long time ago, you'll probably never see GB doing a full playthrough of a new-ish game after they did P4 and DP. They're against showing so much of a new game.

Jeff's has also stated over and over again that they won't do Endurance Run type content based off of user requests; it's a lot of commitment and if there is no internal drive for it, it won't be fun to produce or watch, which I think speaks for Vinny as well. I don't want to put words into other people's mouths, but that is my impression.

But man, I am itching for a full run of anything that Vinny and Alex want to play.

Yeah, I know about the whole ER thing. But they still do "playthroughs", they just don't call it ERs anymore or keep to that daily grind. The MGS series is a good example, as is the playthroughs of Dark and Demon Souls. I'm more talking about Jeff givng the impression that they won't do something like that for a new game because they think it's kinda unethical.

Also yeah, more Vinny content is always a good thing. This stream went really smooth for their first stream after setting up the studio, so it seems like they're pretty much up and running now!

More Bloodborne? I guess I can take a break from playing Bloodborne to watch Bloodborne.

It's OK, Vinny. Do all the "stream tests" you need to get through Bloodborne. We won't tell.

Vinny was doing really good there near the end, and then to get 8000+ souls trapped in a boss fight was the perfect ending!

From what I understand there's a huge problem where the network at their new office blocks most game-related content, including Giant Bomb (maybe just the chat, not sure), Steam, PSN, etc... so they can't actually get a whole lot done. I'm probably not 100% right in this, but I know Vinny's mentioned the engineer dudes are working on a solution. Something about building their own internet. Either way, it's awesome to see their streaming stuff seems to be working properly, it'd be great to eventually see some online Bloodborne play if the network stuff gets fixed soon; a note left by another player would have stopped @vinny from falling into that pit, probably.

Everytime I see Vinny in a thing it's like bumping into your ex-girlfriend who dumped you and is with a better looking guy. It reinforces how much I miss him, is what I'm saying. Hope that isn't too creepy. Oh well if it is.

I didn't really notice until this stream that I prefer to see the people playing alongside the game. Just keeps my interest more than disembodied voices. Please do this more, OK?

Bitrate a little spikey, but great quality overall! Never noticed the panning issues.

I'm still impressed how fast Vinny conjures up characters for enemies, and something about Alex's dry humor paired with the sheer gruesomeness in Bloodborne was extra hilarious to me, would love to see their reaction to the game's downward spiral of madness.

Also, you can always peace out of a boss fight with a Bold Hunter's Mark if you're caught with your pants down (they even give you 2 before Papa Gas), you don't have to be trapped in a recurring nightmare or lose a whole area's worth of souls. I hope Brad and Jason were tipped off about this too.

After the 14 minute mark this stream turns into pure gold. More of this, please.
