If that's really Rich (and actually in Japan)  it looks like he overcame his fear of flying. 

I love these videos, but to be honest I'd like to see some more seperate videos of each game you guys check out. Putting an entire day of TGS into 17 minutes just doesn't tell me much. Anyway still loved the video.

And yes that was Rich, but it was an old clip.

I like the mic's, especially the way Jeff and them handle 'em. It makes it more interesting, and frankly hilarious.

 These guys need to do more video stuff. I'd love to see them do a weekly show when they have the resources. Onscreen presence is what makes Jeff and Ryan stand out from other game reviewers. The bombcast is a nice side serving, but the main course should be a full on video show. Good stuff from TGS though :)

Yea that seemed about as exciting as e3 wasn't.

There seems to just be a lot less hype and products even.
I hope that this is a sign that publishers are focusing more on quality rather than quantity. Less shovelware would be great especially if it let to more development on the good games.

If you scratch the microphones, you can't make interviews and you don't get ambience sounds... unless you have a boom operator/sound guy with you.... So if you're gonna have to get microphones anyway, might as well use them, right? And it gives the dudes something to do with their hand when they're not grabbing a controller, a keypad or a sexy boothgirl... ;)
