Still have the original in my N64. Not sure what good can come from a new developer and publisher on a game which part of the fun was how revolutionary it felt back in the day.

funny how the graphics dont look much better than the original. Fucking Wii!

If this game does not have DK Mode then it is a failure in my eyes. 
 
Not to say it might not be an awesome game anyway, but... it just wont be the same without it.

GoldenEye remake is probably one of the dumbest things ever. Yeah, that game totally will be appealing these days.

Also, Daniel Craig? Yeah, that makes a lot of sense, really.

Wait, Activision will release it? Now I'm expecting Goldeneye 2, 3, 4, all the way to Goldeneye: Modern Warfare.

This will probably be yet another victim of nostalgia abuse and "for a wii game" syndrome. At worst it will be a poor quality difficult to control fps. At best it will be a competent yet still lack luster gimicky wii fps. Nostalgia is the only thing this has going for it but most of the appeal of the original golden eye was that there wasn't anything better as far as fps's go on consoles at the time when the opposite is true today.

I hated every single person in the first 40 seconds of this trailer.

Remember how Perfect Dark for XBLA was a labour of love by the people that originally made it, deconstructed and carefully put back together from scratch in HD, with better controls, and online, and more importantly sold cheap, so everybody can have a go.

Melee only mode? I guess Activision just isn't authentic enough for slappers.

People need to get over Goldeneye.  

What a waste this game looks more suited for the computer or Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, where you know, online play is actually great and all three of which have more power for better artificial intelligence, lighting, and physics.

Pffft.  I don't care that Goldeneye was great back in the day.  Game looks like ass; I'm not falling for the Bond music and nostalgia bullshit.
