Was any of that actually gameplay footage? Either way 'Newspaper London' is a well respected publication so I know to take this game seriously already.

At least it's not another MP5/AK-47 or whatever. But yeah, very, very similar to the ripper.

If the real game is anything like this, I'll want it though. A non-silent protagonist talking to himself throughout the game to make sure all his thoughts end up on the video he's recording is kinda refreshing.

If the Wii U is capable of those kinds of graphics, I will be impressed. It'll be an interesting wait.

Rayman Raving Rabbids looks weird.

Yet another trailer that gives us zero indication of how the game will play, what it will look like, and any hint at the story. This reminds me of why I hated trailers a couple of years ago when that's all we ever got. 
 
So far, I am NOT impressed with anything the Wii U has too offer other than itself. Get your act together Nintendo and get your "hardcore" hyped for what you bringing to the table. Let's not see another casual fiasco-fest.

Yay for pre-rendered cut scenes and stereotypical accents. 

Looks good, the only thing bothering me is seeing the points as "00000 $" when they're in London.

But then, judging by the trailer's tone and the game's title, this game is meant to be far from serious.

I love it! It's House of the Dead Overkill meets the Rabbids. Hopefully the gameplay will reflect the quality of the trailer.

Keep in mind folks, it sounds like Nintendo might not be fully done finalizing the tech specs for the Wii U. So showing footage of a final game would be pre-mature at this point, so everything they have shown playable has been hella prototyped.

If this turns out to be full FMV, it will be the greatest game ever made.

Strange but might be interesting to play.

And they didn't show this at the Nintendo press conference why? Oh well, looks cool. Wanna see some in-game footage tho!!! :)

It took an extra generation for the graphics to be up to snuff with the competition, but Nintendo now seems like a genuine player!

I would have said boxers as the word pants connotes briefs to me as does underpants, which I don't wear.
