I really enjoyed that impromptu interview in the tiny video game store. Makes me wish old video games were still printed and old consoles were supported. Games now and games then feel like two completely different things.

When they went into that store all I could fixate on was that 32GB Vita card. Those things are like gold dust here.

Even Amazon haven't had stock since before Christmas!

I bet the prices on everything in that store are crazy, but god it would be awesome to just walk around in.

Awesome! Something that is more than west coast games culture!!! If they still have that video game arcade in Chinatown with the chicken who plays tic-tac-toe I'd love a video visit. I would also like to see some of the TV Guide people...not sure why but I think that would be fun.

I hope that a) they bring that Dan guy in to do a run of segments on how to take apart and repair various old consoles, and b) they find some way to involve Robin from time to time.

Also, I never thought of this before now, but I wonder if GBNY means Scoops and the Wolf is going to integrate Vinny.

Chinatown Fair is still around but a bit different than it used to be since new ownership remade it a few years back. More Dave & Busters now than seedy arcade dungeon. No more tic-tac-toe chicken either.

The best part of this is some of these people are gaining a free Vinny Caravella in their lives and they are still oblivious as to how amazing a thing that is.

Awesome video! You need to do a segment about repairing an N64 either with or without that guy from Videogamesnewyork.

And so ...it begins. The Beast lives!!! So great to see the guys getting set up, and that store is amazing. Alex talked about VG NY briefly on the morning show, and I chatted that it would be fun to film Jeff going through there and it seems as though that will happen! Too cool.

Once Vinny finds his groove in NY it's gonna get real good. Very excited for them both, as I'm sure they are, and you could hear it in Vinny's voice at the end there. :D

What would the likelihood be that you could set up some coverage of Dan repairing an old console? Or, at the very least, as a guest for a podcast or interview. He seemed like a very interesting fellow.
