Seriously though, you can bitch all you want, this week is all about Diablo III -- it's been over a decade since Diablo II -- deal with it.

This is strangely relaxing.

Good to know they're putting alot of effort into making I Love Mondays. Is it really so hard to just put together a small video every week with an outline of whats going on that week?

@Beaudacious: Valid points. Let me rephrase it and say that instead of "any self respecting video game fan" we use "a lot of people are very excited for this game"

I was just trying to make the point that part of the reason I like Giant Bomb so much is that a release like this that has a lot of people excited can sideline their lives a little too. You're correct that I was stereotyping an entire group though. Hopefully that rectifies it.

Final point, Blizzard is my sugar daddy? I think you are accusing me of being a fan boy...but I am not positive. If you are calling me a Blizzard fan boy, I would disagree but I have spent lots of hours in their games and enjoyed them, but I don't troll around the internet beating a drum and waving a banner for them. On the other hand, if you are saying they support me financially in exchange for looking good on their arm...well while I am unbelievably attractive, I have yet to receive any checks.

On the one hand, I agree with you - I appreciate knowing what I can look forward to from my week of Giant Bomb, especially as a subscriber, and really, it shouldn't be that hard to do that for us.

On the other hand, weird shit like this is why I love Giant Bomb, and I don't want them to stop doing that.

So it's kind of a wash for me.

I can only gather one of two scenarios is true:
The live Diablo III OL will take place in a restaurant (most likely Olive Garden)
OR
Italian restaurants are synonymous to Hell, and Diablo III is the most important thing coming out this week.

So a bit of a slow week then? Ehh, can't wait for this whole Diablo III business to blow over. And I'm not saying this from the perspective of hating on Blizzard for being the popular kid. I though Starcraft 2 and Warcraft 3 were pretty good games, just no interest in the hack'n'slash genre in general, I suppose.

Man, they used to put a lot of thought into these. Now the Monday videos are just crap. 3.5 minutes of looking at a Diablo 3 box. Genius...

first that i can recall that giant bomb has had a completely useless video that i didnt even find funny, boo you guys, if the box had cought on fire or something it would have been better.
