Ladies Love Cool Mike In This Alpha Protocol Trailer

This like ones of those crazy fan-made trailers someone would post on youtube.

I love it.

This goddamn song has been stuck in my head for a week. As little as I cared about this game... I must give props to their advertising team, because it kind of worked.

That Russian girl is totally Cammy from Street Fighter. Also this trailer could be improved tenfold if the name Michael Thorton was replaced with "Shepard".

Not sure if this game is looking baaaaaaaaaaaad or just bad to me. 

And that ridiculous almost naked Russian(?) ladycommandothingy reminds me of some B-grade bullshit like Matt Hazard.

This game should be called: Mr Michael Mike Thornton

As a Michael I found the trailer slightly amusing, but the game itself looks like a train wreck.  Some games are better off canceled than delayed.

Reminds me of the show Burn Notice...maybe its the name Michael, but it looks pretty good.

I think the problem with this game, being an RPG set in a fairly realistic contemporary setting is just that - most RPG's have some visual hook, whether it be Mass Effect's fantastic sci-fi, Dragon Age's gritty low-fantasy, the wonderfully anime-like quality of Dragon Quests or the fantastical mix of technology and nature of the many Final Fantasies.
This, coupled with what appears to be a slower pace than the average shooter (or, say, Borderlands, for that matter, which also had great visual flair), probably causes the game to have this lacklustre graphical appeal. Still at the very least curious about it. Hopefully gameplay and plot cover whatever visual foibles it might have.

Every time I heard them say Thornton, I thought it sounded like Gordon.

srsly how long did they spend on his character design? He looks pretty horrible. Or can you make your own character? Either way I don't at all get the praise this game is getting

I really hope more resources went into the story of this game than the graphical department. I don't generally care about graphics in a game but why do these look just so....plain? Nothing eye catching at all in all these trailers. If they expect me to play an rpg for hours on end at least make it look semi interesting.
