Look At All Of The Dumb Stuff In Saints Row: The Third

It's refreshing to see a game that doesn't take itself too seriously. Never played any of the Saints Row games, but I'll definitely be giving this one a try.

Same gameplay G4 was showing at E3, but still good stuff.

Kinda looks like you're gonna be so overpowered that its going to be boring once the novelty wears off.
Of course, I haven't played a Saints Row before, so I hope that isn't how these games are...

When I played Red Faction: Guerilla, I was quite impressed with how much fun Volition crammed into that game. This is missing the destruction, but it looks like their focus on dumb, entertaining shit to do is right up my ally.

Were you ever forced to do so in Saint's Row 2? I personally thought that the beauty of that game was that there was such a variety of side activities to build up your Respect that you could completely ignore the ones you didn't like.

About 30% of the way through that game I had enough Respect to finish the entire story (I think it actually maxed out) and I was never forced to do an activity that I didn't care for.

I wish I could just get me a dildo and slap random people with it in real life :(

I don't really care about the sophomoric humor one way or the other, but this seems like an amazing sandbox.

And I guess they are still going with arcade controls for cars.Which I guess is ok I always liked the physics driven control in GTA:IV more it makes driving so much more interesting and suspenseful cause you don't know if your car is going to flip or not and when you crash it gets crazy.

As if previous games didn't have me sold already, this just made it even more sold than SOLD!

I could not be more excited for this game, it's going hand in hand with Uncharted 3 for the game I wanna play the most, and making it harder and harder to argue in favour of Nate Drake.

Definitely going to buy this when I get the chance. Looks fun! Really love the crazy hand-to-hand combat moves you can unleash on people.

The novelty of hitting people with giant dildos will wear off after about 30 seconds. The same can be said with all the other shit they showed. I'll Pass. I'll be to busy playing Uncharted 3 and Skyrim in November anyways.

Someone looks like they thought they were going to get upstaged by DNF.

I passed on saints row 2 because I was a GTA snob. I got bored of GTA and was craving the gameplay so I decided to DL SR2 for 20 bucks. I've been playing the hell out of it for the past 2 days. The customization makes it way funner and more entertaining. I hope they stuff this full of custom stuff. Also I find the humor funnier than GTA. It had a solid soundtrack to for when it came out.

Best game ever!
