The big hope for PSP2 (if, or when, it exists) is that the Sony finally makes games that fit the system - rather than shoe-horn in every PS2 title and genre. Sure they have sold 60m+ units but have they lost too much ground to Apple and Nintendo? 
 
Generic RPGs aren't going to change the situation ... they need to come out with some big names (e.g. Drake, Isaac and Shepard) to win back those burnt before.

It's a shame that one of the weakest attempts at challenging Monster Hunter is coming from one of the biggest Japanese developers. I'm gonna give this a pass and just wait for God Eater to get translated.

Generic rock music? Check.
Shitty ground textures? Check.
Low-res character models? Check.

Seriously though, is that really what the fighting is like? Purely QTEs? If so, thats fucking amazing. I can't believe somebody thought that was a good idea!

 I have to wonder why they thought it was a good idea to make a boss video that consists of the bosses standing around and doing absolutely nothing (ok fine the first one slashes his sword once...and it is dodged and countered) while they get Quick Timed to death.
 
For a video that is apparently meant to show off how 'brutal' the bosses are it does a remarkably poor job.

A trailer full of quick time events is not a good way to sell your game.

Finally a game that skips all that cumbersome gameplay and gives the people what they want: quick time events.

Why the hell would they make a trailer full of QTEs? Makes it look like it plays more like Heavy Rain than an actual game.
