I don't really care for the Vs. style games (a lack of skill and understanding is mostly the reason but I never got into MvC2 after I bought it on XBLA.) but Kotaku says that Dante is in this, and I just saw Chris Redfield and his boulder defying arms so I am totally going to get this when it comes out unless after playing it I am completely turned off by it.  I gotta say the only hook for me (and its a really strong hook) is that it features Capcom characters, and lots of them.
 
Also is the MT Framework engine the Lost Planet 2 engine or is this engine used in S/SF4 as well?

Kinda sucks that they're doing polygons because it's even more a resource hog. I'd much rather have 2D HD sprites. I hear that because it's 3D, there probably won't be a billion characters.

Cool, but I am more an ArkSys person for my fighting games.  MvC was never quite my thing.
