I have no idea what the hell's going on...they need to bring back Megaman X.  I liked every one of those games.  Megaman ZX on the DS is sorta similar, but it's just not the same.

The more I see of this game the less I care. No, actually that's a lie. I've been consistently not caring about this series since finishing Starforce one.


Can't wait for the next ZX game though.

If I were a guessing man: It looks like 3d battle network but they cut out the chip selection screen when the bar fills up for some reason.

Agreed with the sentiment this looks silly. The Battle Network formula worked decently in 2d, but it doesn't look like it transitioned into 3d well. I can't say I'm a fan of where the series has gone period - having played most of the first ZX game, it wasn't as good as the old X games or even the Zero games in my mind.

Those are just boss battles.
The game makes you walk around a real world solving puzzles and bushing A button to skip dialog a lot then you go to "Megaman" mode in which you walk around fighting RANDOM BATTLES from which you get chips that act as your attack which have a lot of Metool recolors btw until you have to sulve another puzzle to fight a super trippy boss.Its a average JRPG.
Btw the boss fights in Star Force are like Persona 4.Theyre self discoveries of inner demons.

I want mega man to die so bad. If they're not going to keep putting out new retro stuff like Mega Man 9, they need to just let him die. Maybe he and sonic could have a duel to the death, and we'd get lucky with a double kill.
