Monster Chests and More Await You in the Dark Depths of Dark Souls

I've put over 100 hours into this already, easily my game of the year so far, and I thought people who said that about Demon's Souls were crazy; that's how much better this game is than the first one.

I finally finished the game and got halfway through a second playthrough. Can't really relate to the people that think this is better than Demon's Souls. I'd go so far as to call this new game rather dull, and not engaging at all, and about halfway through the game the want to just run past enemies(which you can) got pretty severe as I just wanted to finish the game. My lingering love for the first game almost makes me just want to say this sequel is great, but I can't.

I like Dark Souls better because it's a more complete world, even if it's an easier game overall.

Such a good game. I rather wish i hadn't bought the strategy guide, though. I ruined quite a bit by reading it.

I stab every chest I encounter from the moment that freaking shit ate me alive... 
and yet there this one time I still got eaten after stabbing, full life...dead.  Apparently my spear stabs was stabbing over the chest. 

Why are we still getting trailers for a game that's been out for weeks?

that GODDAMN CHEST killed me 3 times, took me about 30 mins to learn how to kill it, then another one eat me later in the game because I stopped bothering to check them all. I think this game has turned me hollow.

I agree, the whole narrative and nexus dynamic is a lot more enjoyable in Demon's Souls.

Man, this is the best trailer yet. I do hope this makes even more people buy this game, as it really is a huge breath of fresh air to all other games out there (I have an Xbox, so never played or even heard about Demon's Souls).

I sincerely hope other publishers and studios look at this game and its success and grow the balls to make something equally different.

They showed the most horribly frustrating part of this game. That one part that I thought might have been an oversight, the archers in Anor Londo. They just flaunted it though. It wasn't an oversight. I hate you From. That is all.

Even after 140 hours into it and a lot more to come because I love this game like life itself...

I still get shivers and feel pumped after watching this video.

This has to be one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. I will never forget it. I love Dark Souls.
