This has to be one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had. I will never forget it. I love Dark Souls.

Even after 140 hours into it and a lot more to come because I love this game like life itself...

They showed the most horribly frustrating part of this game. That one part that I thought might have been an oversight, the archers in Anor Londo. They just flaunted it though. It wasn't an oversight. I hate you From. That is all.

Man, this is the best trailer yet. I do hope this makes even more people buy this game, as it really is a huge breath of fresh air to all other games out there (I have an Xbox, so never played or even heard about Demon's Souls).

I sincerely hope other publishers and studios look at this game and its success and grow the balls to make something equally different.

I agree, the whole narrative and nexus dynamic is a lot more enjoyable in Demon's Souls.

that GODDAMN CHEST killed me 3 times, took me about 30 mins to learn how to kill it, then another one eat me later in the game because I stopped bothering to check them all. I think this game has turned me hollow.

I stab every chest I encounter from the moment that freaking shit ate me alive... 
and yet there this one time I still got eaten after stabbing, full life...dead.  Apparently my spear stabs was stabbing over the chest. 

Such a good game. I rather wish i hadn't bought the strategy guide, though. I ruined quite a bit by reading it.

I like Dark Souls better because it's a more complete world, even if it's an easier game overall.

I finally finished the game and got halfway through a second playthrough. Can't really relate to the people that think this is better than Demon's Souls. I'd go so far as to call this new game rather dull, and not engaging at all, and about halfway through the game the want to just run past enemies(which you can) got pretty severe as I just wanted to finish the game. My lingering love for the first game almost makes me just want to say this sequel is great, but I can't.

I've put over 100 hours into this already, easily my game of the year so far, and I thought people who said that about Demon's Souls were crazy; that's how much better this game is than the first one.

Finally made it to the last area tonight at 130 hours in, level 101.

Making multiple characters was a bad idea, now I just procrastinate by playing the ones I haven't got as far in as the others, with the end result being that I haven't even gotten to Blighttown yet. I want to see all this stuff!

I'll probably make some sort of push for it tomorrow.

@Aarny: I loved Demon's Souls like I love my children, but Dark is even better.

Why does this trailer exist? They afraid of all the holiday releases that they had to get this thing back out onto the internet? Beaten already, on ng+ but haven't really played, and the super discounted guide just came in. Great looking book even if I don't really need it now but oh well...

Thier legs are what got me, I was not expecting the first one I found to stand up!!! Oh god they are so tall and fast and every third one or so that I find eats me!!... I almost dont want to check chests any more. :'(

I'm 90 hours and and I'm almost done, but it hasn't felt long at all. Last night I spent about 5 hours down in Lost Izalith fighting everything down there and clearing out the dinos and the boss with some guy and then we did the same thing in my game.

They really should do another quicklook type thing to see how Rorie, Vinny, and Brad are doing so far.

I haven't played a game this engaging in such a long time. I can't get enough of this game.

I'm not sure if I've ever played a more compelling game. I'm compelled. Like to the point where, yeah, the game is awesome, but the rest of my life sucks balls because of never-before-seen levels of procrastination. I get home, I want to play Dark Souls. Prepare to Die might be talking about my marriage. Thanks From, you truly are evil bastards.

I saw somebody say Dark Souls can kill you in real life...that's probably truer than said dude realized. I hate this game, it exposes what a tragic human being I really am.

I'm over half way through it for the fourth time, playing as a Pyromancer and staying at SL 1 for the whole game is awesome.

Hahah, that specific chest scared the everliving crap out of me. :D That was the point where I started hitting chests.

Hell yeah the more recognition this amazing game gets the better.

20k souls inst that big if your that far. Just go back and farm Gaping Dragon twice and youll earn that back.

The production quality on these DS trailers has been top notch.

I got a nice weapon from that chest.

Why did they spoil that mimic chest? One of the best moments in the game is getting eaten by that chest.

Also, trailer for Dark Souls, is there new dlc? Why post this?

Just hit the 80 hour mark in my game. Taking a little break from it, but I'll be sure to dive back in and finish it up. Probably one of my most favorite games this year so far.
