It looks the same. Literally. I mean, there is no difference. Just make the stupid game suck less. My apologies to fans of these games, but I'm sorry, they are not Football games. I love Football, maybe more than you. Madden has simply become a simulation of itself. If they just went back to making it a fun, APPROACHABLE football game instead of "look at DEM BLADEZ of grass!" - I would probably come back.

Still looks totally awful. Robotic as fuck. Terrible quality in the stands and sidelines. So much of the feel of a game is the surroundings and those are still terrible. Gameplay looks pretty much the same mix of weird awkwardness.

It's not just EA, it's Sony and Microsoft which causes everyone else to sort of tag along. It's also referring the third and fourth generations of 3D consoles, not the just consoles in general.

Looks very good, but a first year sport game usually sucks hard on a new console. It always takes them at least 2 to 3 years to get the gameplay right. Play nhl07 for a good laugh it will hurt your eyes then play 08 for a good example. Like it or not the gameplay will be using this gens engines.

I think i still might get this like in January.

Maybe they will use some of the advanced graphical power to actually get the proper likenesses of some of these players like Ryan Tannehill.

Yes, the next-gen sports games look amazing from the carefully crafted videos that have been posted. But will the games play better? Will the increased RAM and other specs the next-gen consoles have make the developers create a better playing game? I'd rather play a game that doesn't look as good but plays like a gem.

Some of you are impossible to please. And need your eyes checked. I'm no Madden fan but that looks much nicer than the current-gen counterparts.

The graphics were top notch, but I don't think they realize or are willing to admit that the graphics isn't what's making the Madden series suck.

Wow these guys have no idea what makes a zoomed out camera angle look good. Why in the world would they spend the resources rendering every blade of grass and sweat and sub surface lighting and all that when it means nothing to a far out camera angle. They need to do shit like proper shadowing on the models themselves and better animated faces, the games quality looks nearly exactly the same as it does modern consoles unless its super zoomed in and what does that matter at all.
