Play As Soldiers Or Creatures In Singularity Multiplayer

What? No freakin' way.  Turns out that was quest #100 as well.
 
This game looks cool, but I'm worried that it'll turn out like Fracture or Dark Sector.  Interesting gimmick, nothing of substance behind it.

This is how I want an Aliens game to work. AVP should have had it so the aliens play in third person .

I am shocked this game isn't out yet. They talked about it a lot so long ago that I thought it was just cancelled.

hummm, at least they are trying to do something with it instead of just some standard deathmatch.  I thought Singularity was SP only so this is a nice surprise.  Still am interested in the game.

I still thing that this game could turn out to be a big surprise. People have sort of written it off, but I think it has the potential to set a great mood; it's really down to the story, and how well it controls. 
 
Still, it could also be total shit. This is a real wild-card in my mind.

Didn't even know this had MP. I was already going to give this rent anyway, so that's good news. Both the SP and MP look like a lot of fun.

After reading most of the comments so far it would seem there are way too many sheep in the gaming world. Open your eyes, try NEW things. All this comparing to big budget companies, it's an original IP that if you took the time to actually play, would see that it does deserve your attention. For those who continue to play games with blinkers on, i've left some straw bails and grass at GB central for your pleasure, enjoy  ;)

MP looks pretty cool teamwork wise, you go running off you'll get hit by a jockey...I mean..

Interesting though I think most people like myself will be more interested in the puzzling time twisty single player mode.

Managed to pick up the ps3 version (YAY China town) and I'm really impressed by this game but far Raven's best work.

Wow.  Curious about this now.  The multiplayer does smell of L4D but I like the sci-fi angle.  The different monster types also look pretty fun to play.   
 
Mash-up time:  L4D-meets-FEAR-meets-MW2?
