Man, loving the pace of the fights.  That slower, methodical beatdown he's handing out in this video is just awesome.

I can't wait to play this...on my street fighter IV sticks...

EDIT: I figured it out, I'll just slap on some MK art on there...yeah...

Man, they're going all out with this one.  Just look at all the awesome details of the stages.  In the skybridge stage, you could actually see two other fighters in the background going at it.  I haven't bothered with Mortal Kombat in years, but I'll probably have to give this one a shot.

would love to get into this or a good fighting game but i suck at them, i can't' remember button combos, to bad i won't be able to really get into a fighting game.

Does the music in this have some recycled elements of old mk music or am I just hearing stuff? 
Cause I could swear some of the music sounded somewhat familiar...

the more i see the xray moves the more i hope this game kicks major ass, cant wait to see how this game plays

I won't comment on quality until I get the actual game, learned enough from Mortal Kombat Deception

i'm not looking forward to playing the game at all, but i am looking forward to seeing youtube vids of  the finishing moves.  possibly a TNT like someone else mentioned.  then i will have my fill as the game does look nice. "

I hate fighting games, but I really want to play this game for some reason. Must be the memories of playing it on my SNES as a kid.

If Jeff and Brad did a TNT for MK2+UMK3, then rest assured there will be one for this. Also, if Jeff is as hardcore for MK as he portrays and the fact he is already loving the controls from the hands-on he has had with the new MK, I'm sure it will play fine. 
 
I want the MK we all have been wanting for a long, long time, and I think they will finally deliver with this. Just like with the new NBA Jam, if Jeff is loving the remake/reboot I'm sure most of us will too.

The only way this could do better in fulfilling what I've wanted from an MK game since MK3 is to be green-screened. 

It's a great change of pace to actually hear those who don't typically enjoy the series to compliment it. It's been a little embarrassing to be a die-hard MK nut over the years. So I'm hoping this is more than just fan-service for people like Jeff and me, but an actual return to its former glory. 
Good on Warner Bros. to give Neatherrealm the time and resources it requires to achieve that. Hope they finally match my lofty, fantard expectations.

The animation in this is fuckin one step beyond.
I had to rewind it a couple times to even notice some moves, they blend together into one fluid motion so well.

You look at a game like this and think, "who needs exclusives when this sort of stuff comes to all platforms".

....why couldn't they just have skipped all the crappy sequels they made over the last decade or so and made this? I would still have been interested in MK games if they had made this sooner haha.
