Its gonna be cool i really like chop chop, stealth elf, ghost roaster, lightning rod, and flame slinger.

Haha, that was the first thing I noticed. The main riff in the trailer is Woman, with a few of the chords slightly changed.

I thought exactly this. Pretty nice trailer, all told. And yes that Flame Slinger part was pretty clever.

This shouldn't have taken off so well, but it has. The price of it all is ridiculous and yet people are buying and approving of this :/

Here's a quote:

I like where this franchise is going. Although the overall cost is ridiculously expensive i do think that it is smart business move.

Im kinda excited about this game should i feel bad about that, now I know how those guys that like my little pony feel lol. But im still getting it for my nephew not me but dam im going to play the hell out of it lol

Fuck you. I will not buy these. I didn't buy Skylanders, and I won't buy Titan-esque ones that can pull floating islands on olympic sized chains. Nope. No. Nu-uh. No-no-no.

entire levels packed in with the adventure packs are only slightly bigger than the figurines. meanwhile the little power-ups are only slightly smaller. i'm guessing the skylanders giants will be bigger - just bigger scale to the normal figurines.

Jeff should just link his bank account to Activisition so that it'll be easier for him to get the figures.

@Jeff: From one of the product shots I saw online, it looked like the portal was big enough to fit one giant Skylander and one normal sized Skylander. I wonder how it will work with the adventure packs. Aren't those larger sized than normal Skylanders?

I'd be willing to believe giants are a one-at-a-time proposition. That seems like a reasonable limitation that still gives classic Skylanders a well-defined role.
