Wow, this looked awesome. It makes me want to download and start messing with UDK 4 right now. The stuff with the visuals is great but the ease with which it looks like you can put stuff together and the way you can re-compile the program while it's still running look amazing.

I'm not that in to graphics, so that part didn't seem interesting to me. But as a software engineer (though not for games) that IDE he was using looked amazing.

That is amazing and all but he is running 16+ GBs of Ram w/ Quad core CPU & a GPU just as beefy as the rest... Good luck future consoles to still be a PC?
