Good re-post. The more it sinks in the stranger it feels to be feeling this way about someone we knew of in a one sided way kind of, we got a lot videos, podcasts and such. I am so sorry for his friends and family and hope you can find some kind of solace that a lot of people will be feeling for you. Hope we can do something to help.

I almost never post, but I'm on the site every single day, listened to every single podcast and saw all the Quick Looks. Even though you weren't my parent Ryan, since my early teenage years when you were still at GameSpot you were part of raising me to be the guy I am today.

Thanks for all the good times, and this staring thing you have with SWERY is simply the best. I'll miss you buddy, and all I can hope for is that Giantbomb will survive and stay the community and group it is that you help found and continued to build in past few years. Too bad you aren't around to riff on the new consoles or even the generation after that. I would've loved to see that.
