Wow, this really seems to have bothered a bunch of people. 
The reason for this, I assume, is that DICE is swedish and over here (and in a bunch of other countries) comma is used for the decimal mark. And I guess one swede was just very used to writing it that way.   
Beyond that, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) actually specifies both comma and point as correct.  
Although I did also read that "It [comma] has been made standard by the ISO for international blueprints". Make of it what you will.

I hope Vinny starts using that innovative "corpse wipe" from this trailer, great way to spice up those quicklooks!

I remember when BF:Vietnam came out on the PC, it was the most underbalanced, resource-heavy game you could come across.  DICE has WAAAAAY too many projects on the go, and I don't care what anybody says, BF1942 was and still is their best game BY FAR.  And that was 8 years ago.

Should be fun, even though they released it already a few years ago (on pc.)

And Battlefield will remain what Battlefield always has been, the best damn online FPS avaliable. Focus on teamplay, skill and map knowledge. I just love the cooperation with infantry backing up vehicles, and vise versa, especially when it's done by people who knows how to do it properly!

THIS is my Vietnam-themed war game, since Black Ops failed me. I'm only sad that Dice didn't add a few more maps and an epic single-player story. I'd really like a full-on Vietnam War game with a good story, I'm just hoping Dice will work on the single-player a little more in their next game, apart from that Bad Company 2 was a fantastically good shooter.

Yep. DICE's gonna get my cash next week for sure.

Well *I* thought it was a cool trailer.

Wicked cool, I know that I'll get it once I get my BF BC2 back from a friend of mine I'll enjoy for some new MP wacky fun. Wonder if there's any maps to completely level with a tank are going to be in this. 

Got a code from a friend that works at DICE so I got the DLC for the 360 yesterday. Too bad it's only me on the servers :D Quite worthless! But damn, the sound in this DLC is so awesome!

Actually guys, a lot of Europeans use commas where we would use a decimal place. And DICE is in Europe, so it's not a typo or anything.
