The South Park version of the Tiger Woods game would be a lot better.

@Coreymw: because I don't want to be playing the same game for 3 years. I find what they add to FIFA each year worth it.

@Coreymw: Putting a new product onto shelves results in way more sales than any DLC ever could. If you put DLC out a year after the game comes out the people who own the game are already done with it and won't buy it.

I bought a bunch of courses for TW12. I think I get a discount for downloaded courses in TW13. Curious to see how Kinect works with this version. And the PS3 Move version should be better this year. Great golf game.

Is it weird that Rhythm Heaven makes golf more exciting?

I've got Tiger Woods '07. What are the biggest features added and improved since then in the series? And I'm not Golf fan (or much of a sports fan in general) so rooster updates or whatever means nothing to me. I was temped to get TW '12 when it was on sale, but I'm not sure I would notice much of the difference since I'm a very casual sports game player. I never feel like it's worth keeping up to date with sports games. I play NHL 09 and FIFA 10 still if I feel like some sports.

A golf game trailer with inappropriately "epic" music and BLOOD splattering near the end...

I wonder if this means you can finally attack Tiger with the golf club in this game?

@Coreymw: If they weren't making money on it, they would quit doing it (see: NBA Elite).

@SuperSambo: There are very few changes though. These changes could easily be pushed via a title update. To each his own and all that, but I just don't get it so far as the business behind it. At some point it has to be more expensive for them to produce a new one each year rather than updating it.

I know, wishful thinking. It's a dream of mine.

But to people who do play them (me included), the changes are worthwhile.

£40 (or less) isn't that much a year considering how much use I get out of it.
