In Yakuza 2 you could work at a hostess club where you and the other servers were men who entertained women. It was probably my favorite side mission in the game.

No you can't. People should know better than to ask Japan for more Japan in their Japanese stuff.

Though there's not a lot of Japanese games where the characters look like they're from Japan. (Like they're usually anime styled, and look white)
