After looking around I found that I can get Wii games to play on my Wiiu. My question? What should I get?
The Last Story looks pretty good but aside from that suggestions? Most Wii games are pretty cheap by now and Id love some suggestions to go and grab on Black Friday. The last Wii game I really played with the Metroid ones and Twilight princess.
Also if I get something that has online play. Can I still play on the old Wii servers?

The Nintendo Wii U, the follow-up to the monstrously popular Nintendo Wii console, launched in North America on November 18th 2012.
What Wii games to get.

Is there RPG stuff like level and equipment and skills?
Yeah that's true. Though that game deserves a Wii-U version. I'd imagine that gamepad would be fantastic for Okami.@MariachiMacabre said:
OkamiBut if you have a PS3, I would advice you to get it for that instead. The Wii version ain't bad, but it is the inferior version of the three.
Donkey Kong Country Returns , Kirby's Return to Dreamland, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2, Punchout!!, Wii Sports Resort, Excite Truck & Excitebots, Kirby's Epic Yarn, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Super Paper Mario.
All Nintendo games, but there are some good 3rd party games as well like Muramasa and No More Heroes 1 and 2.
Mad World runs out of steam really quickly. If you can find it for $10 or less I guess that'd be an okay value but I got it at launch and definitely regretted paying full price for it.
A Boy And His Blob, Kirby's Epic Yarn, Fragile: Farewell Ruins of the Moon, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, and Deadly Creatures are really the only Wii games I own that I would really even think about recommending without much of a warning about them. Muramasa has kind of a shit control scheme though where you need to press up on the d-pad/analog stick to jump instead of having an actual jump button. And thats kind of an issue where you're going to be doing fighting in the air and it just feels awkward as hell.
Animal Crossing City Folk could be worth it if you haven't played any Animal Crossing games before, want to play them, and don't want to wait for the inevitable Wii U release of the next game in the franchise. If you have though, its basically still the same game with some minor improvements in some areas, and its gotten worse in others.
Super Smash Bros Brawl is fine if you're into that kind of game and have people to play it with locally. I haven't played online for years so I can't say how active/inactive it is but even when it was new, with how Nintendo handled online it was a really sterile and unfun experience, but thats just my opinion. The single player campaign is really bad and uninteresting and its really just the one off matches that you'd play it for, or you'd play single player to unlock everything faster.
Super Paper Mario, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Twilight Princess, No More Heroes 1 and 2 are all games that are okay I guess? I don't really think they're great or anything but they're alright. With NMH if you have a PS3 you'd be better getting those versions though.
The Pikmin 1 and 2 rereleases for Wii with the added motion control were done pretty well I thought if you haven't played them before?
I'm not sure if you can get WiiWare games, but if you can you should get LostWinds 1 and 2. They're both neat puzzle platformers, and I think they're $10 each? The second one if definitely better but I think the first one is good enough to play as well.
Why would you get Monster Hunter 3 for Wii when its coming out as a better version for Wii U? With proper online support in the Wii U version compared to the Wii's awful online that'd be the version to get for a game where online play is a major focus? Along with more content, a fixed camera system, and better controls, thats the version to get if you're at all interested in it.
And MadWorld is grindy and short, get it on the cheap if you're going to get it.
The only game even worthwhile to me was Mario Galaxy, it seemed fun and unique. Maybe i am just not into the whole Nintendo thing but i had the same problem with the Gamecube, i did'nt like any of the games at all, not much in the way of RPG's on a Nintendo system. Although i did enjoy Fire Emblem.
