    So, with all this Lich King stuff happening...I'm thinking about opening my WOW account back up. There's no need to get the expansion, as I'd be making a new character. This is the part where everyone leaves comments telling me to not do it, yet it somehow has a reverse effect. GO!

    Telling someone to NOT play one of the greatest games ever created would be pretty dumb. So go ahead. Just make sure you have some time to invest in it. Thats really the bottleneck to enjoyment.

    Uh, sorry...I'm not bashing anyone who likes the game at all or anything, but that is purely your opinion atm, out of some of the 'best games ever created' anyone in general could name and not deny its true(even if they aren't into them) WoW doesn't even come closeto fitting that. "The worlds most popular mmo ever" will definitely work, but not one of the best games ever made.


    anyway to the OP, play what you want really, if you feel interested in starting something again there should be no reason for you to even consider listening to anyone telling you not to, except yourself. I would definitely not get back into it again, but as I said, that's me, and you should only take your thoughts into consideration.

    Of course its my own opinion. I take that for granted. You cant go around saying "in my opinion" wherever you go. Of course its the opinion of the person writing it, what else? I would never say something and call it fact unless its something that actually IS a fact. We need oxygen to breathe. That is not my opinion, that is a fact! Just to clarify...

    Now is a great time to get back into WoW. Azeroth will probably be a little barren now, but the early game is very soloable, leveling is super fast and some re-tuned quests (previous group quests) and the revamped Dustwallow Marsh are great. But personally, I've played enough of the early-game content, I'd rather take a 70 and go to Northrend or make a Death Knight and go with that, but that's just me.
