After three long years of being without a PC, I have returned to play WOW once again. I am Gargao of the Shadow Council realm, and today I have reached the halfway point. I hit 40, have my second mount, and can wear Plate Armor. I am having more fun than ever before and I am enjoying learning everything all over again.

How did you go 3 years without a PC? I can barely go 3 days without my PC. 

Anyways, once you're in the Outland, it'll easy leveling from there on out.  The last I played, I leveled from 70 to 78 within a week.
