i have 3 or 4 games that appear in my gamertag that i would like to remove. the reason for this is because i have no achievements for these games and it brings down my score. is it possible to delete the fact that i have played these games from my account on my 360, or via the main xbox site?

Yes, highlight the game in the 360 achievements list (from Guide button) and press X to delete game history.
 
If you mean removing it from your GB account, just remove your XBL account from GB achievements and then add it again.

If you take out your hard drive, you should be able to see indentations running along the side that's usually inside the Xbox system. Each indentation will be in the shape of the letter in the title of each game. What you need to do is then take out a common filler or something like that and fill these small indentations.
