Originally found out about this over on Screened.
 
All I can really say to this is, what.  I mean, sure, zombies are popular to the point of obnoxious omnipresence these days, but a loose adaptation of a video game pushing twenty years old?  It's not like there was much plot to the game to begin with, either.  Next thing you know, they'll be making a movie out of Mendel Palace.

Zombies Ate my Neighbors had way more going for it than just zombies.  There were pod people!  Martians!  Graboids!  Werewolves!  Mummies!  Chainsaw weilding maniacs!  Evil Dolls!  A Giant Baby!

It could be the best movie ever.

There goes one of my fondest childhood memories!

Directed by John Waters and produced by Penthouse International.

This is a game I always remember as being great, but when I try to play it now it does not hold up.

It'll be a hour and a half of two kids trying to get to their destination but they can't get there cos theres so many weeds and no lawnmowers  around to get rid of them.

I think that Zombies At my Neighbor's may be the best worst thing to come out of this.
